A native New Yorker and a fifteen year veteran of the residential real estate industry, Aster Johnson is the driving force and founder of Manhattan Modern Management Inc. Ms. Johnson began her career in real estate as an administrative assistant at the prestigious Mauntner-Glick Corporation where she worked her way up through the ranks eventually becoming an Assistant Property Manager. Making her mark in the real estate community, she opened MMM to better serve building owners, coop boards and developers.

As president, Ms. Johnson guarantees the delivery of the company’s philosophy of providing complete professional service in a timely and organized fashion.

Organized, responsive and aware, she has handled and improved more than 200 buildings, overseeing the daily management of the buildings, negotiating contractor work, and obtaining building approvals. She has efficiently bridged relations between owners and tenants, ensuring that tenants pay their rents and both parties are satisfied.

As a life long resident of New York's upper west side, with previous experience in sales and corporate promotions, as well as, general contracting, David was a natural fit for Manhattan Real Estate. He brings with him a knowledge and understanding of the city and its diverse and ever changing communities that can only come from having lived Manhattan for over 30 years.
